We may collect identity and contact data (name, email, phone), organization details, billing references, technical logs, cookie identifiers, and content you submit in forms or coursework.

Data is processed to respond to inquiries, deliver training, issue invoices, improve our site, comply with law, and — with consent — analyze site usage.

Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests (site security and improvement), legal obligations, and consent where required (e.g., non-essential cookies).

Contact form data is retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for enrollment records. Course records follow tax and accounting retention requirements in Korea.

We use processors for hosting, email, analytics (if opted in), and payment invoicing. We do not sell personal data. Processors are bound by contracts requiring appropriate safeguards.

If data is processed outside Korea, we apply safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures required by applicable law.
