General Terms

By accessing wonee.digital or enrolling in Wonee programs, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to individuals and organizations in the Republic of Korea unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

Wonee provides digital training, cohort-based courses, workshops, assessments, and related materials. Descriptions on this site are informational. Enrollment is confirmed separately with scope, schedule, and fees.

You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for credentials issued to you. Minors require guardian consent where required by Korean law.

Course materials, templates, and studio branding remain Wonee property unless stated otherwise. You receive a limited license for personal or internal organizational use during and after enrollment as specified in your program agreement. You may not resell or publicly redistribute materials.

You agree not to harass mentors or learners, share others’ work without permission, upload malware, or misuse studio systems. We may suspend access for violations.

To the extent permitted under the Korean Civil Act and applicable consumer protection rules, Wonee is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a given program is limited to fees paid for that program, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Gyeongsangnam-do shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer venue rules apply. Parties should attempt good-faith resolution before litigation.

We may update these terms with a revised last-updated date. Material changes affecting active enrollments will be communicated by email. You may terminate use of the site; program-specific cancellation follows the Refund & Cancellation policy.
