Refund & Cancellation

This policy applies to paid programs listed on wonee.digital. Custom team agreements may specify different terms in writing.

For distance contracts under Korean consumer law, you may cancel within 7 days of purchase if content delivery has not started. Once cohort materials are accessed, partial rules apply.

If you cancel within 14 days before the cohort start date and have not downloaded restricted module packs, you may receive a full refund minus payment processing fees if applicable.

After materials access or cohort start, refunds are prorated based on completed milestones. Mentor-reviewed submissions count as consumed sessions.

Completed mentor office hour credits, delivered on-site workshops, and third-party fees are non-refundable. Assessment credits applied to another course follow enrollment confirmation terms.

Email [email protected] with your enrollment ID. Approved refunds process within 10 business days to the original payment method.

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. Consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected where mandatory.
